In 2012, we established our first chicken farm in Izmir Seferihisar region. On this way, which we started with 3000 chickens, we produce 1.083.000 organic chickens per month with 42.500 chickens in 400 decares of land in Bolu Mudurnu region. Except for our own production, we support egg production by providing chicks and organic feed to local organic producers.

Before the animal comes into contact with the farm: many controls such as disinfection, ventilation, spraying and litter are made by the food engineer and veterinarian, and then the acceptance process is started. One of the most important issues here is the creation of a walking area for animal welfare. The walking area is surrounded by a wire mesh, and adjustment should be made so that 1 animal per 4 m2. The absence of another poultry house near the farm is of great importance for animal health.

The adventure of organic eggs includes many factors from chick formation to farm conditions. While the chicks are 0 days old, they are placed in farms that are fully vaccinated and we start the growth process. It is ensured that the chicken egg is fed with organic feed from the formation of the chick until the last day of its life. Walking areas are one of the most important factors of organic laying hens. We bring animal welfare to the most appropriate level by realizing the walking areas in accordance with the regulations. One of the distinguishing features of organic layer hens is that they are not exposed to factors such as drugs, chemicals, antibiotics, hormones. The biggest distinguishing feature of the organic feed process is; GMO is not contaminating food in any way.
